rolling up my sleeves

I feel good about reading this book because I know were reading it out loud with the whole class. Even though I have trouble reading big books like that I know it's going to improve my vocabulary and grammar. Hopefully this book doesn't stress me out to a point where it's like I hate reading.  I already know im not going to know how to say words but my group members will fix that.

Reflections on fantine and cosette

My advice to fantine would be never ever trust anyone you barely know. She should've took cossete to someone she actually trust. If I would see fantine right now I would tell her to do anything she can to get her kid back. It shows that fantine is just selfish and if your selfish bad things happen.

My story

There was a little boy named Daniel, he was always a fan of sports. He wasn’t necessarily the best at play sports, he played football, soccer, and basketball.  Kids would always make fun of him because he was little and dark. His favorite sport out of all of the sports was basketball. His parents were divorced and he was feeling left out because his family wasn’t supporting him. Daniel practiced everyday at the park around the corner of his house. One day he was about to quit but that day he quit a older guy came out and gave him a motivation speech, and also started teaching him new basketball moves. Everyday after school he would go to the park and practice with his new coach. 3 months later he was ready to play anyone, and he went to school and beat the kid that was bullying him by 12 points. This doubting from everyone made him grind even harder later on payed of with all the time he put in. This taught  me a lesson to never give up in the thing I love.
